Section 7. Logo Usage.

If and when you become credentialed as an MBTI® Master Practitioner, you will be provided with the MBTI® Master Practitioner logo for you to use on your business card and other marketing materials, websites, and collateral. You agree, when using the logo, that you accept, on the terms stated herein, a non-exclusive license to use the MBTI® Master Practitioner logo, in strict accordance with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You further agree that this License authorizes use of the MBTI® Master Practitioner logo only in conjunction with your use and/or promotion of the MBTI instrument. You acknowledge and agree that The Myers-Briggs Company is the sole and exclusive licensee of the MBTI® Master Practitioner logo. You also agree that you will at all times comply with the MBTI® Trademark Guidelines on this website. The Myers-Briggs Company and the Program retain the right to disallow your future use of the logo should your use of the logo fall outside the terms of this agreement.

Section 8. Links to Other Sites.

Some of the Content on the website is provided by third parties. Neither the Program, The Myers-Briggs Company nor Myers & Briggs Foundation shall be held responsible for content supplied by any such third party.

Section 9. Indemnity.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Myers-Briggs Company and Myers & Briggs Foundation, their officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Content or your breach of the terms of this Agreement. To the extent that you may be located through information which you may provide to The Myers-Briggs Company or Myers & Briggs Foundation, either The Myers-Briggs Company or Myers & Briggs Foundation shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding.

The Myers-Briggs Company is based in Sunnyvale, California in the United States of America. Myers & Briggs Foundation is based in Gainesville, Florida, in the United States of America. Neither The Myers-Briggs Company nor Myers & Briggs Foundation make any claims that the Content is appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the website from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

All legal issues arising from or related to the use of the website shall be construed in accordance with and determined either by the laws of the State of California or by the laws of the State of Florida.
