This Website is operated in the United States, and the information collected from this site may be retained indefinitely, and may be stored, accessed, and used in jurisdictions whose privacy laws may be different or less protective than the home jurisdiction of the Network Professional.
The Referral Network reserves the right to disclose a Network Professional's personal or professional information, if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, respond to claims, or protect the rights, property or safety of the users, participants, clients, employees, or the public. Other than as described above the Referral Network does not release, sell or rent information to third parties.
This Website is one where Network Professionals make information publicly available to those who want to hire them for their expertise. Only authorized Referral Network personnel have access to the nonpublic information submitted by a Network Professional. To help maintain high levels of security, it is recommended that confidential information (such as credit card numbers) not be sent through emails or other written correspondence to the Referral Network by the Network Professional.
The Referral Network has stringent security measures in place to protect both personal and professional information from misuse. There are no guarantees, however, that this site is impervious to "hackers" or those who seek to use information for illegal purposes. The Referral Network will only display the information that the Network Professional makes available for public display. The Referral Network may, however, use such information to notify the Network Professional of important changes to the Website or of new products and services. The option to be removed from such contact is always available to the Network Professional.
A Network Professional's internet address may be used to help diagnose problems with servers and/or to administer the Website.
